In my adolescence I observed how beautiful New York was and it always caught my attention to see the part of dawn town, that world of people who dress in suits and who run.
During my university learning and personal experience, I heard of Wall-Street being a financial district and a meeting point for bankers, investors, brokers, economists, and other professions.
Seeing the pictures of those skyscrapers and the highly professional people definitely inspired and caught my attention. The opportunities of life come at the right time and never stop dreaming, an opportunity presented itself and I visited Wall-Street.
The experience was amazing, more for all the history that there is in that place. In 2008 there was a financial crisis that destabilized the world economy after the fall of Lehman Brothers and the Federal Reserve accepted that risk, the rest is history. I participated in a conference and it was my first approach at an international level with other professionals to learn about the points that caused the bankruptcy of the bank and the different scenarios that would have arisen.
I keep that experience very fondly in my mind and that it was an inspiration to move forward and be a better professional.
